Work experience, Dec 2013 until today: SuperCom Ltd. – Director Business Development for Latin America SuperCom acquired the Smart ID Division from OTI. Nov 2004 to Dec 2013: On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTI) – VP Business Development for Latin America, Appointed to lead business development in Europe followed by Latin American countries.2002 to 2004: Diuk Energy – Director of Export Sales & Marketing Responsible for all aspects of strategic business management and export activities. Appointed to lead business development across Europe and Africa markets from scratch. Worked closely with a network of distributors. Direct management of key account customers. Successfully led creation of a new product. I created and built up the infrastructure for the Export Sales Department within the company (until then only sales in Israel). Responsibilities; Finding and retaining strategic global partners to increase sales outside of Israel, I did this by building up and managing a network of agents and distributors throughout Europe and rest of the world in the DIY market. Responsibilities also included setting up and managing the export back office which had to deal with export shipment logistics. Managing the export customer order process and integrating it within the current system in the factory. This included managing and contact with shipping companies, processing of shipping documents and processing of and managing bank documents. 1999 to 2002 – Kapro Industries Ltd. - Sales Director Managing the Export Department, following as a Sales Director for some countries in Europe (Germany, Spain, Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic). My work was focused in increasing the sales with the existing customers and also find new partners in different countries where Kapro did not yet had presence in the DIY market. Organization of the annual fair in Germany and preparation of the Sales catalogs (managing the different service providers). 1996 to 1999: Amiad Filtration Systems – Sales Administration Sales Support Administration for customers in Latin America.
